Photo Quest # 40 Show me Christmas - runs from 1/9 - 1/15/09

Let's have some fun this week. Share with the Photo Quest Group what your neighborhood looks like this time of the year. Do you decorate your house, do your neighbors decorate? What about your town, your local stores, your church...show us how they decorate for Christmas.

Are you a crazy Christmas person? Do you decorate every room in your house (I used to do this but years of therapy have corrected this problem)? Do you dress up your dogs, cats, horses? I used to do that too...yes crazy! Do you decorate your office, cubie, your car, truck? Show us how crazy you can get.

Check out taking photos at night...get out your camera manual learn something new about your camera. Try taking photos of blinking lights, people moving at night. Take a flashlight outside and light up your house or yard and take a photo.

All photos must be taking during the time-line of this quest and posted by 12/15/08...OMG that is just 10 days before Christmas!

Hm, my neighbourhood looks exactly the same as it does all the rest of the year. There's not even any fake snow at the grilled chicken place as there has been in past years. My local Woolworths has got tinsel and mini Christmas trees around the service area and the staff are wearing santa hats, but I'm not quite game to take photos inside a supermarket. I might have to go into the city centre, because I know that will be decorated.
